What we offer
We understand that selecting the right furniture, lighting, and fixtures can be overwhelming. That’s why we provide a tailored procurement service that ensures you get the best products to suit your style, functionality, and budget. Whether you’re working on a luxury development, a boutique commercial space, or a home renovation, we offer a carefully curated selection of products from trusted suppliers.
How it works
1.Consultation
We discuss your project, style preferences, and budget requirements.
We will also set a minimum price based on your budget. This minimum price will be charged if you choose not to procure any items through us, to cover time spent.
2. Sourcing & Selection
We will spend time sourcing and selecting items based on the brief.
We will then present a curated selection of furniture, lighting, and fixtures tailored to your needs set out in the consultation.
3. Placing orders
Once you have confirmed the items you would like to proceed with ordering, we will send you an invoice.
Your order is only secure once the invoice has been paid.
Please note: Due to the rapid retail market, we are unable to control suppliers price changes.
4. Procurement & Delivery
We manage orders, supplier communication, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
We can coordinate with contractors to integrate your order seamlessly into your project.
We can also offer support with installation. Our skilled tradesmen can provide many services such as plumbing, carpentry, tiling and painting.

At RJBContracts Ltd, we believe in making high-quality procurement both accessible and cost-effective for our clients. Our pricing is structured to ensure you benefit from expert curation while maximising savings through our trade discounts.
How our pricing works:
We share our trade discounts with you, which often offsets our procurement fee entirely—allowing you to access our service at the cost of discounted items.
During the initial consultation, we will set a minimum procurement fee tailored to your project.
Our fee is based on the estimated time spent procuring items for you.
This fee is only payable if it is not covered by the procurement.
What if the minimum fee is not met?
If your procurement does not meet the agreed minimum value, or if you decide not to purchase items through us, a procurement fee will be payable to cover our time and expertise. This will be agreed upon consultation, before any sourcing and selection is completed.
In most cases, our procurement fee is fully covered by the trade discounts we secure, meaning you receive a curated selection of products while still benefiting from lower prices.
Example:
Commercial
You are looking to source clear black double plug sockets for a high-spec new build development.
There are 3 homes, each needing 20 double plug sockets.
To purchase independently, 60 sockets would cost a total of £1944.00
In our consultation, we agree a minimum cost of £100 to cover the time spent, should you not proceed with the procurement.
We are able to procure these for you for £1725.30 using our trade discount, at no extra cost to your business.
Saving you £218.70 on the cost of the sockets and the time and energy in procuring them.
Residential
You are looking to purchase a new sofa for your living room.
To purchase independently, the sofa you want would cost you £4480.00.
In our consultation, we agree a minimum cost of £150 to cover the time spent, should you not proceed with the procurement.
We are able to procure the sofa for you for £3696 using our trade discount, at no extra cost to you.
Saving you £784 on your sofa and the time and energy in looking for one.
What if I want to refund my item?
We will take care of processing any refunds if needed. If the minimum cost is not met after the refund of the item, the minimum cost will be payable to cover our time spent.
